Last night was Jay Leno’s first monologue on The Tonight Show since the show’s network NBC the issued layoffs on the show this weekend. The comedian addressed the issue with humor by referring to the people on the show as “The Expendables” and cracking a joke that being #1 is “frowned upon,” and that they’ve been bought out by Bain Capital.
